The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing data processing problems and improving computer systems, with a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. This role involves analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and reviewing computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems.
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems.
- Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
- May analyze or recommend commercially available software.
Qualifications:
- Active Top-Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in systems analysis, data processing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with commercially available software solutions.
- Knowledge of computer system capabilities and workflow analysis.
- Experience with automating or improving existing systems.
