Bachelors/ masters_ : _Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science with a specialization in Cybersecurity, or Information Security or anything related to cybersecurity.
Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
Enhance IAM support with improved help desk processes, SLA adherence, and centralized communication.
Design intake and ticketing process improvements
Implement queue monitoring and escalation guidelines
Perform root cause analysis of help desk issues
Identify automation opportunities for common tasks
Create help desk user training materials
Draft knowledge base articles for self-service
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze help desk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.16 - $27.89 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
Salary : $23 - $28
