E-J has a 125-year reputation for unparalleled integrity, quality, and service in the electrical field.Location : Bethpage, NY / Hybrid / RemoteReports To : V.P – Business Development / MarketingPosition Description : E-J Electric Installation Co. seeks an organized and creative mid-level Proposal Graphic Designer who collaborates closely with our proposal and marketing team to deliver compelling proposals for E-J’s clients. In this role, you will play a critical role in helping E-J win new business. Your primary focus will be proposal layout, graphics, branded e-blasts, brochures, web assets, and traditional marketing graphics. You will interact regularly with the proposal and marketing teams. A designer in this position will understand how to create compelling, best-in-class branding and marketing materials; additionally, the individual will be able to make the right style and layout for every project for various electronic and print media.Responsibilities : Create and deliver high-quality digital and print designs, including proposal layouts and graphics (including resume / project layouts), website graphics, in-office materials, advertisements, email marketing visuals, and presentations.Work closely with the marketing team to adapt and maintain brand guidelines across all materials, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand identity.Partner with proposal and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop impactful visuals for campaigns and events.Prepare final files for production, ensuring they are high-quality and meet technical specifications for various media.Incorporate feedback from internal teams to refine designs, balancing creative integrity with project goals.Qualifications : Minimum of 10 years experience in writing and managing proposals or sales / marketing communications.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.Strong time management skills with the ability to work on tight deadlines. Must be proactive, organized, and resourceful, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for working closely with the proposal and marketing team. Ability to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions aligned with project goals.
