Chester County Operations | We Serve Joy!

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate, plus one 1 year of beverage production or manufacturing experience.
• Required to be physically capable of executing any job tasks within the facility.
• Required to lift, roll and carry up to 60 pounds.
• Required to work overtime as needed.
• Required to work assigned shift.
• Required to wear a respirator when necessary.
• Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Required to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Required to comply with company GMP policies.
• Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
• Basic knowledge and data entry into production/quality systems.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. • Hiring Salary Range Posted: set rate listed as $20.18 - $20.18 / hour
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
