Responsibilities
Client Assistance : Provide exceptional support and guidance to our clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
Policy Management : Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all information.
Customer Interaction : Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a welcoming and positive experience both in-person and over the phone.
Problem Solving : Quickly and effectively identify and resolve client concerns, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge : Develop a strong understanding of our insurance products and services to effectively assist clients with their needs.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless client service and support.
Requirement
Experience : Previous customer service experience in an insurance or financial services setting is desirable. Licensed in Property, Casualty, and Life insurance is desired or willing to get licensed before start date.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Problem Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
Interpersonal Skills : Ability to interact effectively with clients, demonstrating patience and understanding.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with computer systems and proficient in using relevant software applications.
