Duties:
Machine Operation 85%
- Program machinery for operation according to instructions
- Monitor equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops
- Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production
- Inspect parts to specifications making adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications
- Inspect 1st article parts by using hand tools
- Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and material
- Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
- Conduct regular machine assessments
- Monitor machine oil levels
- Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area
- 4-7 years of operating and/or programming experience on manual machines with Fanuc or Mitsubishi controls in a manufacturing facility or similar relevant skills or experience
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement
- Excellent manual dexterity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- The ability to lift heavy objects up to 30 pounds and able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary)
- Permanent work authorization for the US required
