E & J Sales and Marketing is a fast-growing Amazon e-commerce company focused on high-quality products and compelling visuals. We’re looking for a Design Assistant to support our branding efforts through photography coordination, content management, and listing optimization.
Responsibilities
- Model Hiring & Coordination – Source and schedule models, manage contracts, and oversee shoot logistics.
- Photography Direction – Work with photographers to ensure brand-aligned product and lifestyle images.
- Sample Coordination – Track and organize product samples for shoots.
- Keyword Research & Copywriting – Optimize product listings with researched keywords, compelling titles, and descriptions.
- Design Management – Oversee and provide feedback on product images, EBC, and storefront design.
- Image & Content Uploads – Prepare, organize, and upload visuals to Amazon Seller Central.
- Project Management – Maintain a photography tracker and ensure deliverables are met on time.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years in e-commerce, branding, or design.
- Strong organization, project management, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and listing optimization.
- Experience with photography direction and model coordination preferred.
- Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
