Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing and managing the operational and logistical aspects of our e-commerce business. This role involves IT integrations, troubleshooting system issues, onboarding new employees, and enhancing warehouse and shipping efficiencies. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:IT & Software Integration:
- Manage IT integrations across all software, including ERP systems and multichannel platforms.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve them promptly.
- Identify, implement, and train staff on new automation tools and software to improve business efficiency.
Warehouse & Logistics Operations:
- Oversee and optimize logistics, trucking, inbound and outbound shipping processes.
- Manage warehouse integrations to ensure seamless operations and efficiency.
- Improve supply chain and importing processes, particularly direct shipments from overseas to Amazon.
Employee Onboarding & Training:
- Set up systems, software, reporting tools, and provide necessary training for new employees.
- Develop training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for software and operational processes.
- Ensure all employees have the necessary tools and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in an Amazon-focused business.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, ERP integrations, and e-commerce software.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot IT and operational issues with a solutions-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train and support a growing team.
