E K Machine requires a Field Installation Expert with excellent communication skills to join its Power Products team. The ideal candidate will have diverse skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers, estimate repair costs, and travel extensively throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers on phone, by email, and in person to aid in onsite assembly and troubleshooting.
- Estimate repair costs and record work performed and costs.
- Travel to customer sites to aid in installation and troubleshooting.
- Develop work instructions from general description and confer with supervisor, engineers, production personnel, or others to resolve assembly problems.
Skills and Qualifications:
Able to present information effectively and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Able to write routine reports and correspondence.
