Job Summary: The Asphalt Roller Operator will be responsible for operating small and large rollers to compact fill, subgrade and asphalt. Operators will be asked to assist with general duties associated with paving crews as part of team operations. Eligible candidates will actively work with crew to meet company core values.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate large and medium sized Rollers
- Wear all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Comply with all company and OSHA mandated safety and health guidelines
- Perform winter maintenance duties as assigned
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Education/Training:
Previous asphalt roller experience, general labor experience, or asphalt paving labor experience a plus.
