Position Summary
ELB is looking for a mission planning Subject Matter Expert Team Lead (SME) to support USAF mission planning activities at our Hill AFB operating location. This leadership position is responsible for managing 6 local SME's and a geographically distributed workforce of System Support Representatives (SSRs) throughout the world.
Responsibilities
A candidate hired to this position will require exceptional leadership and organizational skills to successfully and effectively manage this work force. As a SME Team Lead, the candidate will be responsible for establishing subject matter expertise in several USAF mission planning software packages, to include validation of installation instructions, managing fielding efforts, and troubleshooting/reporting of problems. In overseeing the SMEs and SSR's, this position is responsible for supporting their efforts in deploying, updating, and maintaining mission planning hardware and software at the base level.
Minimum Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements
· Proven leadership skills.
· Knowledge of USAF mission planning processes and mission planning applications desired.
· Knowledge of DoD and USAF IT desired.
· Must have a minimum of a Secret DoD security clearance.
· Must have a minimum of CompTIA Security or equivalent
· Bachelor’s Degree desired. Experience may be substituted for education requirements.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $124,771.00 per year
