- Managing inventory and tracking supplies and equipment
- Practicing safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Communicating effectively with both customers and team members to maintain project efficiency
- State of Michigan Journeyman’s License
- State of Michigan Apprentice's License with a minimum of 4 years' experience
- Proven ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Own hand tools, work boots, and a hard hat
- Clean driving record and a current driver’s license
