Overview: The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects within the company. Working closely with project managers, clients, and vendors, the Project Coordinator ensures that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and according to project specifications. The role involves managing schedules, allocating resources, and maintaining clear communication between all parties to ensure seamless project progress from start to finish. The Project Coordinator’s attention to detail and organizational skills are critical to meeting every project milestone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring all records, reports, and paperwork are accurate and up to date.
- Track project progress, monitor key milestones, and generate reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communication.
- Assist in resolving project-related issues, including handling changes in project scope, delays, or unexpected challenges.
- Support project managers in ensuring that all aspects of the project adhere to company standards and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 2 Years experience doing similar work.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or service-related industries.
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
