Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager, e.l.f. Beauty will lead and drive the process of new product launch marketing, sustain marketing, and on-going monthly marketing campaigns focusing on e.l.f. SKIN. The Senior Project Manager will work cross-functionally to support all teams in the full execution of 360 launches and campaigns. This person will be a team player and liaison, working across all departments and senior management to accomplish marketing objectives with efficiency and impact. They will also steer systems, tools, and digital projects in addition to driving innovation and continuous improvement in processes. They will be responsible for managing projects, building processes in addition to driving day-to-day marketing needs.

Position Summary

They will be responsible for managing projects, building processes in addition to driving day-to-day marketing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Global product launch process end-to-end from briefing through execution working cross-functionally with product marketing, visual merchandising, creative, brand, digital and PDP
- Build processes to support cross-functional teams and brand
- Own and support unique marketing initiatives from inception to completion, such as digital special projects
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for cross-functional teams, build trusting relationships
- Support internal teams to ensure understanding and alignment of objectives and strategy, budget, and agreed-upon scope
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and tools
- Create project schedules, achieve deadlines, ensure accuracy of deliverables, and fulfill scope of work
- Manage multiple campaigns, monthly marketing, processes and projects at various stages of a project lifecycle
- Superior organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability and willingness to work with teams in multiple time zones (London & CA office connection)

- Flexibility to adjust to work in a fast-paced environment and make prioritization judgments against current resources and budget while keeping bigger-picture business goals in mind
- Complete understanding of creative process and production process to build schedule from inception to project completion
- Comfortable managing and influencing cross-functional teams such as brand marketing, ecommerce marketing, social media, art directors, designers and copywriters, effectively communicating the business and creative objectives of projects
- BA or BFA preferred
- 6-8 years of account management, creative operations, and/or marketing project management experience
- Agency experience a plus
- Knowledge of computer programs including Wrike Project Management System, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Canto Digital Asset Management System

Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
