eCPIC Specialist / Business Process Analyst:
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject-matter expert (SME)on eCPIC, supporting the agency's IT Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) processes.
- Analyze, document, and enhance FinCEN's IT investment portfolio management workflows.
- Ensure compliance with OMB Circular A-11, Capital Planning Guidance, and other federal investment management policies.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into IT investments, funding, and project performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline business processes and improve efficiency in IT governance.
Functional Consultant:
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to translate requirements into effective IT solutions.
- Conduct requirements gathering, user needs assessments, and system functionality evaluations.
- Provide expertise in IT governance, enterprise architecture, and strategic planning.
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer for end users on eCPIC and other IT systems.
- Develop and recommend solutions to enhance system usability, compliance, and business process efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements for both positions:
- Experience in IT systems administration, business process analysis, or functional consulting.
- Expertise in eCPIC, CPIC processes, federal IT investment management, and capital planning.
- Strong understanding of IT security standards (FISMA, NIST 800-53, OMB A-11).
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM), IT governance, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure), data analytics, and federal IT reporting tools.
