E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Defense Coordinating Office/Element (DCO/E) Planner to join our team in Fort Shafter, HI in support of the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Theater Army Campaign Support (TACS). TACS is responsible for the integration, automation, and interoperability of intelligence and MDO across the USARPAC AOR. USARPAC and its operational partners require professional services in support of various intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale. This effort provides subject matter expertise to contribute to organizational agility in a collaborative national security environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients.
- Play a crucial role in developing and executing cyber operations plans, ensuring cybersecurity, and potentially managing electrical systems and equipment, depending on the specific role and organization.
- Participate in the development of training scenarios, MSELs, Welcome Packets, Hotwash and After Action Review, and Situation Manual development.
- Create and test real-world scenarios using the government training systems, Adobe, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint to help you tell a realistic story.
- Help government organizations make faster and smarter decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with wargame analysts, operations researchers, and senior leadership on projects that are making an impact on critical missions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and 3-10 years of relevant experience.?
- 5 years of experience with engagement planning, staff coordination, logistics, and communication for large-scale events.
- 3 years of Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA) exercise planning experience to include: coordinating and collaborating with county, state, federal, and DOD stakeholders in response to a state emergency for civil support or planned, prepared, and executed a stand-alone governmental civil support agency coordinated exercise.
- Knowledge in the development of training scenarios, MSELs, Welcome Packets, Hotwash and After-Action Review conduct, and Situation Manual development that will help improve mission readiness at the individual, collective, and leadership levels.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders to coordinate events and meetings.
- Ability to manage high-priority tasks, meet deadlines, and pay strict attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.?
- Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level.?
- Experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program.
- Experience in Indo-Pacific AOR.
- Knowledge of Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational level.
