E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Fusion Analyst to join our team in Fort Shafter, HI in support of the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Theater Army Campaign Support (TACS). TACS is responsible for the integration, automation, and interoperability of intelligence and MDO across the USARPAC AOR. USARPAC and its operational partners require professional services in support of various intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale. This effort provides subject matter expertise to contribute to organizational agility in a collaborative national security environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis and production to integrate, evaluate, analyze, and interpret all available intelligence and information sources and forecast/predict future states, enable situational awareness, and provide actionable information, including:?
- Integration (identification, assimilation, correlation of relevant information from single or multiple sources).
- Evaluation (focused examination of information and assessment of its reliability/credibility/significance).
- Interpretation (derivation/development of knowledge and new insights).
- Prediction (description of anticipated future state(s) of the operations, physical, cognitive, informational environment based on depictions of past and current information).
- Product generation (development and delivery of tailored intelligence, information, and environmental content to meet the Government’s requirement).
- Provide intelligence fusion utilizing multiple sources of data and develop assessments on operational activity.
- Produce intelligence to understand potential adversary Courses of Action (COAs), named areas of interest, and high-value targets.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience in participating in all-source operational environments, mission management, or collection management as a trained Army 35F or branch equivalent.?(AA and 9 yrs exp; HS and 11 yrs exp)
- Experience with intelligence writing and ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards.?
- Experience with INDOPACOM intelligence problem sets, especially working with East Asian nations order of battle and ground domain awareness.?
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.?
- Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level.?
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience at a Combatant Command or Service Center.
- Experience working in or coordinating with operational intelligence centers.
- Experience with Ground Domain Multi-INT Fusion products in support of pattern-of-life analysis, identify intelligence gaps, and/or targeting.?
- Experience with intelligence software, such as Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, or other relevant tools.
- Experience working with multiple intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, or OSINT, and associated data and tools.
- Possession of excellent organizational skills, including updating tracking mechanisms, compiling analytic reports, and responding to task.??
- Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) Certification.
