E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a MID Digital Intelligence Systems (DIS) Instructor to join our team in Fort Liberty, NC in support of the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts, synchronizes, and integrates worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; and delivers linguist support and intelligence related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
- Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
- Accountable for all aspects of the DISFC, GEP, and DISMG course functions.
- Creates course content based on DIG and Working Group inputs.
- Accountable for creating, editing, managing, and maintaining lesson plans, workshops, practical exercises, testable material (test bank), full Training Support Packages (TSPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work directly with the DISMGC Course Manager to assess current and future course material.
- Assist in the development, execution, updates, and continual evolution of the DISMG and training trajectory courses through working groups, emerging technologies, and AAR reviews.
- Accountable for instructing, providing instruction assistance, and appropriate scenario development for all courses under the DISMG portfolio.
- Facilitates training and instruction in large and small group settings.
- Supports exercises and training in a variety of instructional environments to include classrooms, MTT locations (requires travel to external customer/military sites), video-teleconferences, virtual training sessions, team teaching environments, and collective active learning environments.
- Must attend and graduate DISFC, GEP, and DISMG within 90 days.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and Minimum 6 years of Army Military Intelligence experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Ability to support development of an operational approach for the Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE) and Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB), as identified in ADRP 5.0.
- Proficiency in DCGS-A or DIS software applications.
- At least 1 tour (i.e., 4 years) as an MOS 35F (All-Source Analyst) DCGS-A or DIS All-Source Analyst or equivalent experience as an All-Source Analyst on DCGS-A or DIS
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must have or be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of Army Instructor Course or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course
- Graduate of DISFC, GEP, and DISMG
- Experience participating in and effectively contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative and to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
