IT Support Analyst

E.M. Tharp Inc. DBA as Golden State Peterbilt is looking for a Team Member who loves working with and helping people but who also loves working with technology. You must possess excellent communication skills and work well in a team. You will be supporting multiple users in-person and remotely while working on technology projects and providing quality user support.

Reports to: Chief Technology Officer

Required Qualifications : Experience with any of the following,

• Demonstrated in-person end user support experience working with both technical and non-technical users.
• Demonstrated expertise with supporting, installing, troubleshooting, maintaining:
• Microsoft Office 365
• Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022
• iPhones, Android
• Virtualization (Hyper-V and VMWare)
• Intune
• Ubiquiti (Or other Network Backbones)
• Fotinet (or other Firewalls)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills (and enjoy doing it too!)
• Sense of humor (really, you need it in this line of work)
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to document.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Be able squat, crawl, climb and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have a driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Desirable Qualifications:
• Previous MSP/IT experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Any IT certifications.
• Scripting and/or automation expertise (why do it manually if you can have the computer do it for you?)
• VoIP experience

Must pass background to include credit report review and physical and drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25-$28 per hour.
