E Mortgage Capital, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Mortgage Call Center Loan Officer to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with their home financing needs by providing expert advice on mortgage products and guiding them through the loan application process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to build trust with clients over the phone.
LO's Will Be Provided the Tools Needed to Fund Loans Fast & Efficiently, including:
· Dedicated in-house processors
· The latest CRM and LOS systems available
· Call/text and email capability from our CRM
· Preferred correspondent lender with UWM (United Wholesale Mortgage)
· Company provided leads
Location:
Irvine, CA (on-site 5 days/week)
Responsibilities:
· Respond to inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with mortgage inquiries and loan applications.
· Analyze customers’ financial information to determine eligibility for various loan products.
· Educate clients on available mortgage options, rates, terms, and conditions to help them make informed decisions.
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
· Maintain a thorough understanding of company mortgage products, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
· Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics.
· Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure seamless loan processing.
· Accurately document all client interactions and loan details in the CRM system.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
Desired Education/Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Proven experience in mortgage sales, call centers, or related financial services.
· Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license as required by federal and state regulations.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset.
· Proficiency in CRM software, loan origination systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $75,420.00 - $350,000.00 per year
