Front Desk Coordinator
We are seeking a warm, energetic individual to become the voice and face of our Physical Therapy and Balance Training clinic. The ideal candidate will excel in engaging with patients both in person and remotely, handling various administrative tasks with efficiency and compassion. This role involves operating two electronic health systems, managing billing, scheduling appointments, and collecting copays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Communicate warmly and effectively with patients via phone and email, providing a welcoming and supportive experience.
- Administrative Duties: Handle basic office tasks such as typing, filing, and organizing documents.
- Billing and Scheduling: Operate two different electronic health systems to manage billing, schedule appointments, and collect copays.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, especially to ill, older, or distraught patients, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Public Interaction: A friendly personality and demeanor suited for assisting a diverse range of patients.
- Basic Office Skills: Proficiency in typing, filing, and general office tasks.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Travel:
- Be flexible to assist at sister offices near by and on "as needed: basis

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-year of experience as a medical front desk receptionist is preferred but not required.
- ECW Experience: Experience with the use of ECW (eClinicalWorks) would be helpful but is not required.
- Education: Graduation from a certified medical office training course is preferred.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent
