Responsibilities
- Cross-train for front desk and telephone room
- Greet, check-in and check-out patients while displaying energetic/positive attitude
- Collect co-pays and balances on account
- Post patient payments and balance payments at end of each day
- Schedule patient appointments
- Process on incoming referrals
- Data entry and scanning
- Maintain a neat and tidy front office/lobby

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Medical office experience preferred
Data entry experience preferred
3 years customer service required
