JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE
As the Web & Digital Marketing Specialist for our clinic(s), you are primarily responsible for facilitating the day-to-day needs of website management and digital marketing initiatives for our practices. This position reports to the Practice Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Coordinator helps to shape and elevate the online presence of ENT Specialty Partners and its partner ENT practices. The coordinator will play a key part in creating solutions for improving the patient experience, supporting practice needs, and contributing to the overall marketing goals for the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as primary web manager for the ESP website and the websites of our growing community of ENT practices.
- Act as liaison to our web development vendors, overseeing and performing routine updates to sites when needed.
- Support SEO, paid ad campaigns, and management of online listings for practices and providers. Continually review and make recommendations to improve these initiatives.
- Oversee reputation management systems, including the day-to-day functions, review responses, and outcomes, for each practice.
- Work closely with practice teams to support overall digital marketing strategies.
- Evaluate and report on digital marketing initiatives, providing ongoing feedback and suggestions for improvement for each practice through thorough data & metric reviews.
- Support creation, organization, and distribution of digital content.
- Provide general support to the marketing department and practice teams with marketing and outreach projects.

Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or other digital-focused studies preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in website management and digital marketing.
- Thorough knowledge of WordPress; demonstrated ability to learn additional CMS platforms.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SEO, and Google platforms, including Google Business
- Profiles, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent computer skills, competence with Microsoft Office suite.
- Organized and extremely detail-oriented; able to meet deadlines and manage a variety of simultaneous projects.
- Must be able to professionally interface with physicians, practice leaders, and colleagues.
