Duties
- Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate outbound calling when necessary.
- Analyze customer feedback and issues to provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Support bilingual customers by communicating effectively in both English and other languages as needed.
- Document interactions and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
