E-Power Marketing is seeking an experienced, innovative, and dynamic Account Strategist to drive client growth and lead forward-thinking digital marketing strategies. As an Account Strategist at E-Power Marketing, you’ll be a team leader focused on delivering best-in-class service to our clients, mentoring our team, and developing innovative strategies for our clients and agency. You will oversee the planning, execution, and growth of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also provide strategic guidance and recommendations to those clients, leveraging your deep understanding of digital marketing best practices. Internally, you will mentor and support agency team members, helping them develop their skills, strategic thinking, and confidence within the digital marketing industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Client Understanding & Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement robust digital marketing strategies for clients. This involves conducting market research, identifying trends, and collaborating with internal teams and your clients to create tailored plans that align with each client's business objectives. Your expertise will drive the successful execution of initiatives to achieve measurable results and client satisfaction.
- Project Management: Work closely with the E-Power team to meet all project deadlines, program goals, and reporting needs. Account Strategists are responsible for assembling project assets, monitoring progress, keeping stakeholders informed, and ensuring marketing strategy, campaigns, and assets are on time and in budget while being cohesive, goal-oriented, and effective.
- Client Satisfaction & Retention: Manage and nurture client relationships and programs, including facilitating all client communication, internal discussions, strategy development, and program delivery for assigned accounts. Ensure that all work products align with client branding and big-picture goals. Set and measure program goals, analyze program data and performance, and interface with the team to drive ongoing improvements. Create client-facing reports and communications for various digital marketing campaigns.
- Account Strategy Leadership: Coach and help develop other team members on marketing strategy, program growth, and account management. Foster innovation within the team while ensuring all work aligns with the client's brand and overall marketing strategy. Provide feedback on how a project is executing on a client's goals, audiences, etc. Work with the team to elevate their marketing strategy overall.
- Agency Innovation & Growth: Increase client retention rates and identify opportunities for program expansion. You will focus on increasing the agency’s revenue from existing clients and helping develop new and innovative strategies and services to offer prospects and new clients. Develop new processes and procedures to make the agency more efficient and effective.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in agency-side account management, with a record of overseeing and driving results for multiple clients.
- You must live within 200 miles of Oshkosh, WI, and be able to travel to the Oshkosh office at least once each month.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Shows proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
- Experience in developing and executing detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Possesses clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying complex strategies and insights to clients and internal teams.
- Exhibits leadership qualities to guide and inspire team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Has a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Stays informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
