Position Description: 1. Analyze budget to actual financials on jobs, report findings to project managers.
2. Create and communicate takeaways from job analysis for project managers and field personnel.
3. Create pay applications/bill jobs internally and externally.
4. Reconcile accounts receivable for jobs.
5. Process subcontractor payments.
6. Complete government documents for job.
7. Accounting control implementation.
Position Requirements: Bachelors or associates degree in accounting or business management.
Preferred Skills
· Accounting.
· Experience in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel (formulas, queries, pivot tables), SQL Databases.
· Communication, attention to detail.
· Minimal experience in construction accounting.
