Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on selling semi-trailer parts and services to businesses in the transportation and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and prospect new customers in the semi-trailer, transportation, and logistics industries.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of semi-trailer parts, services, and repair solutions to effectively consult with clients and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential and existing clients to explain the benefits of our parts and services.
- Quote and Proposal Preparation: Provide detailed quotes for parts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with customers while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Order Management: Track customer orders from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies and ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Customer Service: Address customer concerns, provide troubleshooting assistance, and offer solutions to problems related to parts and services.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales targets using CRM software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (service, warehouse, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to customers.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and driven to succeed with the ability to work independently.

Compensation:
- Base salary plus commission structure $65K-$80K .
- Benefits package including health, dental, and retirement plans.
You must have a maintain a valid drivers license and be able to lift 50lbs.
