Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily operations and ensuring project schedules and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and efficiency on job sites.
- Monitor the progress of construction activities and provide support for any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain daily logs and reports on construction activities.
- Assist with site inspections and coordinate with inspectors as needed.
- Travel within the Houston area and throughout Texas, depending on project requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Ability to travel as needed throughout Texas.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive pay ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience.
- Health benefits available after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.
