Summary of Overall Job :
The Demand Generation Department focuses on high-quality lead generation and awareness across multiple offerings to achieve targeted account satisfaction and growth. The team is responsible for building and executing all paid demand generation and advertising campaigns to meet and exceed client goals.
The Demand Generation Marketing Manager assists the Director of Demand Generation in increasing demand gen revenue through sales support and campaign management. They manage the complete delivery process by consulting with sales reps and clients, planning and executing targeted lead and advertising campaigns, and analysing and delivering results.
Primary Objective :
Effectively create and manage demand generation and advertising campaigns and activities to meet client goals and objectives surrounding lead generation.
Overall Responsibilities :
- Build and execute demand generation / advertising campaigns across multiple channels, QA campaign effectiveness and troubleshoot as necessary to meet contractual guarantees.
- Manage assigned client campaigns by gathering sponsor materials and communicating metrics / results.
- Manage lead nurturing campaigns by determining the most effective points of interaction, report on campaigns and adjust as needed.
- Strategize, build and execute account-based marketing programs, including segmentation, to drive client pipeline growth.
- Drive growth in proportion of programs fulfilled through organic means using HubSpot and internal database versus external paid programs.
- Coordinate with account managers on campaign successes and recommendations to offer upsell opportunities and improve client retention.
- Communicate and coordinate with customer success team to fulfil client deliverables.
- Manage demand gen / digital inventory and workflows effectively.
- Manage custom campaigns, including microsites and integrated packages as necessary.
