Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team in a fast-paced distribution center environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Duties
- Operate RF scanners for inventory management and tracking.
- Handle materials efficiently, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and clamp trucks for loading and unloading goods.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipments against packing lists.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
- Sweeping, mopping, throwing trash, and breaking up pallets
- Create pallets from fallen merchandise
- Early hours
- Being able to work around dirty areas that is created with
- Follow safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques and equipment operation is beneficial.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus, aiding in the understanding of equipment maintenance.
- Experience with load unloading procedures and shipping receiving tasks will be advantageous.
- A valid forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
