**Overview:** We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily activities and ensure efficient operations. **Duties:**
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Train, mentor, and lead warehouse staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Oversee inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipments
**Experience:**
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience in a warehouse environment with heavy lifting requirements
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
- Familiarity with logistics operations, including 3PL partnerships
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations for workplace safety
- Experience with AS400 or similar inventory management systems
- Strong team management capabilities
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Efficiently review the equipment and ensure compliance with Merchandise Revisions (record of descriptions, countries of origin, weights, units of measurement, quantities, individual identification data (brands, models and series).
Desirable, bilingual (English-Spanish), conversational and written, Forklift Handling, minimum 6 months of experience including effective HAZMAT handling and safe handling technique for light hold vehicles. Basic handling of Microsoft package (Word, Excel), basic math & reading a packing list.
