Job Overview: As a Delivery Driver at E ROSE, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of packages to our customers. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by delivering exceptional service, being professional, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient Deliveries: Safely and efficiently transport and deliver packages to customers within the designated area.
• Timely Arrival: Ensure all deliveries are completed within scheduled time frames and communicate any delays or issues to the customer service team.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner. Answer any questions regarding the delivery and assist with special requests when applicable.
• Package Handling: Handle products with care to ensure safe delivery without damage. Check inventory against delivery manifests to confirm all items are delivered.
• Route Planning: Plan and optimize daily delivery routes for maximum efficiency and minimal fuel consumption.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, stocked with necessary supplies, and in good working order.
• Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and electronic documentation (delivery receipts, proof of delivery, etc.) accurately.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws while driving, and report any accidents or incidents immediately.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record and the ability to drive safely in various traffic and weather conditions.
• Experience: Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.
• Dependability: Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry packages (up to lbs) and work for long periods.
• Time Management: Ability to manage your schedule, plan your routes, and prioritize deliveries efficiently.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of using mobile apps and GPS systems for route navigation and delivery tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the local area and neighborhoods.
• Customer service experience, particularly in a retail or delivery setting.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
