What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, and mobility
- Help clients with basic housekeeping and light cleaning to maintain a safe environment
- Create engaging and enjoyable activities to help improve their quality of life
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients while supporting their physical, emotional, and mental well-being
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, families, and the care team
- Follow a personalized care plan to ensure each client receives tailored support
About You:
- Caring, patient, and dependable with a passion for helping others
- Certification in Home Care Aide, HHA, or CNA preferred
- Prior caregiving experience is highly preferred, but not required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish for effective communication
- A great communicator, team player, and someone who shows empathy and kindness
- Willing to undergo a background check to ensure client safety
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
