Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries and support requests.
- Perform retail math calculations to assist customers with pricing, discounts, and promotions.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring efficient cash handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
- Communicate product knowledge effectively to educate customers on features, benefits, and usage.
- Upsell additional products or services that complement customer purchases to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or retail environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and performing retail calculations accurately.
