What You'll Need To Bring To The Table
- Two years sales experience, or apartment and marketing experience
- High school diploma, AA or college degree preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Proficient with Yardi.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic and positive team-player attitude.
- Strong time management skills.
- Solid communication skills.
- Experience using Rent Café, Yardi and CRM are preferred.
- Generating traffic
- Qualify potential residents & verify applications.
- Tour/Lease apartments.
- Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
