Dispatcher

E Services is a Hotshot, Winch and Rentals company looking to bring on an experienced oilfield dispatcher. We are a locally owned North Dakota company and need someone that can grow with the changes within our company.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and dispatching multiple hotshots, winch trucks and equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
• Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from customers, supervisors and other personnel.
• Using phones and email as a form of communication.
• Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment.
• Preparing daily work such as schedules.
• Being in charge of communications within the company.
• Tracking of rental equipment in and out of the yards.
• Keeping and organizing work, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, inventory records and other information.
• Knowledge of Samsara is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Excel preferred.
• Daily Customer and Employee interaction.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year experience.
• Must be able to work independently, take ownership and responsibility for all work done with attention to detail.
• Must be proficient with computers
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work

Work Schedule: Rotating Schedule - 5 Days on 4 Days off. (1/2 Day Change Out on Beginning and End of Rotation)

• Taking Dispatch Phone Home at Night

Pay: Based on Experience
