The trainer’s key responsibilities are:
- Train L1 Pre Assessment agents based on client training materials
- Oversight of training needs for additional development of training requirements
- Lead team sessions
- Conduct 1:1 training when needed with individual L1 agents
- Monitor SSH(Software support hotline) related dashboards
- Participate in monthly calibration peer reviews, team meetings, coaching and training sessions to ensure accurate technical support
- Achieve all customer handling/resolution objectives and metrics while seeking opportunities to improve efficiency
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
