Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling on patients of all ages.
- Collect and label blood samples accurately for laboratory testing.
- Monitor patients' vital signs before, during, and after blood collection to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of specimens for laboratory analysis according to established procedures.
- Provide exceptional patient care by addressing concerns and answering questions regarding the blood draw process.
- Document all procedures accurately in the patient's medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient workflow within the clinical laboratory.
