Role : AI Chatbot Engineer
Location : Alpharetta, GA/Dallas, TX/Louisville, KY/NJ
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven chatbot solutions using IBM WatsonX Assistant.
- Enhance customer engagement and streamline interactions through intelligent virtual agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbots with various business systems and third-party applications.
- Utilize natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs) to improve chatbot performance and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze chatbot interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing chatbots with IBM WatsonX Assistant.
- Strong understanding of NLP, NLU (Natural Language Understanding), and machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- This role focuses on creating and optimizing AI chatbots to provide seamless and efficient customer service experience
