Job Summary:
Extensive history of hands-on experience with collaboration platforms and tools, such as AV configuration and installation Microsoft Teams, Teams Admin Center, Teams Live, Stream, Cisco Webex, Cisco Webex Control Hub, and video conferencing systems.

Technical Responsibilities:
1. Extensive history of hands-on experience with collaboration platforms and tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Teams Admin Center, Teams Live, Stream, Cisco Webex, Cisco Webex Control Hub, and video conferencing systems.
2. Good exposure on AV installation and commissioning
3. Good knowledge in configuring AV devices such as microphone, audio, pulling cabling, TV hanging and installation and Setup.
4. Knowledge in Video conferencing device physical installation and setup.
5. In-depth expertise in installing, configuring, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining video conferencing devices (MTRs, Cisco Webex, Poly).
6. Familiarity with conferencing and meeting connectivity across various platforms, including Zoom, Webex, and Teams.
7. Experience with planning, deploying, and managing Cisco Room OS video conferencing endpoints and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).
8. Knowledgeable in A/V systems, including Crestron, Sound Control Technologies, Tricaster, Biamp, Shure, and projectors (e.g., Epson, NEC), as well as Bright Sign players.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Deep understanding of conferencing infrastructure.
2. Oversee multiple initiatives related to the 2025 Evergreen project, including collaboration with M365 engineering and unified communications teams. Responsibilities include managing high-level designs, low-level designs, testing


Additional Information:
a. The client will bear the entire travel expense.
b. The frequency of the travel will be once or twice in a quarter.

This is a physical role that will require the candidate to have AV installation knowledge.
