Job Description:
We need someone strong in UCCX, UCCM, Jabber
Design and build secure, scalable Cisco VoIP networks, including IP-PBX, voice gateways, and Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), with integration for Cisco Jabber to enable seamless communication.
Troubleshoot and fix issues with Cisco Jabber, such as poor call quality, registration problems, and network issues like delays or lost packets.
Set up and secure Cisco routers, switches, and CUCM, applying ATP to protect voice data from security risks such as eavesdropping.
Actively monitor and troubleshoot CUCM performance in real-time, addressing issues like call failures, registration problems, and system outages. Use diagnostic tools and logs to identify root causes and implement solutions, ensuring optimal call quality, uptime, and overall system efficiency.
Manage the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Cisco Jabber on desktop and mobile devices, ensuring good voice, video, and messaging quality with added security using ATP.
Perform regular checks on voice systems, Jabber setups, and ATP security protocols to ensure everything is secure and up to date with the latest security standards and software versions
Work with clients to understand their communication needs and deliver customized Cisco Jabber and VoIP solutions, ensuring security and reliable, high-quality communication.
Configure and optimize the network to handle high voice call volumes, ensuring that the network can scale to accommodate heavy call traffic without degrading performance.
