Job Title--Senior Oracle OCI Architect

Location- New York - New York

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, migration and managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions, AWS etc. Extensive experience in migrating workloads from AWS to OCI. This role requires strong technical leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Technical Skills - Primary:

• Proven experience as an OCI where he has lead migration project from networking to designing migration solution using OCM and other utilities.
• Strong understanding of cloud design principles, including security, scalability, and performance.
• Extensive production experience in migrating, optimizing, and managing workloads from AWS to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including re-architecting applications, configuring multi-region deployments, and automating infrastructure using IaC tools.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Migrations, specifically to migrate EC2 , Kubernetes workloads to OCI.
• Mandatory experience with Rackware and OCM utility to migrate large workloads to the cloud.
• Customer Engagement Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives technical needs and constraints Provide expert guidance on OCIs capabilities and best practices to help them achieve their goals
• Infrastructure as Code IaC Implement IaC practices using tools like Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of OCI resources ensuring consistency and efficiency
• Security and Compliance Ensure OCI solutions meet industry standard security and compliance requirements Implement robust security controls encryption and access management measuresArchitect-level experience with Kubernetes pods.
