Description : We are looking for a highly skilled Snowflake & AWS Engineer with strong expertise in product-led delivery and stakeholder management. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize cloud-based data solutions using Snowflake and AWS, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Implement Data Solutions: Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data architectures on Snowflake and AWS.
- Product-Led Delivery: Work within a product-led framework, ensuring data solutions align with business objectives and deliver value iteratively.
- Cloud & Data Engineering: Utilize AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, etc.) and Snowflake for data ingestion, transformation, and analytics.
- Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for data warehousing, query optimization, and cost efficiency in Snowflake and AWS.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and ensure seamless delivery.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Automation & DevOps: Use CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and monitoring tools for seamless deployment and maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Snowflake expertise: Schema design, Snowflake features (Time Travel, Streams, etc.), and query optimization.
- AWS cloud experience: Hands-on with AWS services related to data engineering and storage.
- Product-Led Mindset: Experience in delivering data solutions within an Agile, product-driven environment.
- SQL & Scripting: Strong skills in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data transformation.
- ETL & Data Pipelines: Experience with modern ETL tools and frameworks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage expectations effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to drive innovation and efficiency.
