. RN - HI​ License

. 2 year Home Health experience

. Active and clear driver's license and car insurance - REQUIRED

. Homecare Home Base and OASIS - REQUIRED

. Mileage reimbursed at .43 cents per mile

. Covid or Exemption

. Hep B, MMR, Varicella

. FLU, TB, Physical within one year, or willing to take
