Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Architect (Agentforce & Salesforce Data Cloud)
Location: Coppell, TX (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Solution Architecture & Design: Develop and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions with a focus on Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud.
✅ Salesforce Data Cloud Management: Design and manage data ingestion, processing, and activation workflows within Salesforce Data Cloud to ensure seamless data integration and real-time analytics.
✅ Agentforce Implementation: Architect and optimize Agentforce solutions to improve agent productivity, case management, and automation.
✅ Integration & API Development: Define and implement integration strategies using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), Mulesoft, and third-party connectors.
✅ Data Governance & Security: Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance policies, optimizing Salesforce Shield and role-based access controls (RBAC).
✅ Customization & Development: Guide the development team in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to enhance Salesforce functionalities.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and developers to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
✅ Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, scalability, and automation workflows for efficiency and reliability.
✅ Training & Best Practices: Mentor team members and promote Salesforce best practices to improve adoption and maximize system capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience:
🔹 Salesforce experience, with in a Solutions Architect role.
🔹 Hands-on expertise with Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud.
🔹 Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and data integration.
🔹 Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), Mulesoft, and third-party integrations.
🔹 Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
🔹 Strong background in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
🔹 Expertise in data governance, security controls, and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
🔹 Experience working in agile environments, using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
