- Should able to clearly articulate progress/status to customer and organizations management
- Should have worked as Program Manager in Salesforce projects
- Strong in status reporting and handling senior stakeholders
- Should have experience in managing dependencies across teams to ensure overall program progress is as expected
- Proactive Risk Management – highlight risks, blockers and delays in timely manner
- Knowledge of Salesforce will be a plus
