Job Summary: We are seeking a Concord CA highly skilled and experienced Generative AI Lead/Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have profound expertise in building cutting-edge AI solutions, specializing in Python programming and Generative AI technologies. This role focuses on advancing applications and systems powered by Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable AI-driven systems utilizing RAG, LLMs, and PEFT methodologies.
- Implement and optimize Python-based frameworks to ensure high performance and reliability in AI applications.
- Research and experiment with advanced generative models to innovate new solutions tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
- Monitor model performance, debug issues, and make iterative improvements to refine outcomes.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Key Requirements:
- 8–12 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with significant exposure to Generative AI techniques.
- Proficiency in Python, along with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on expertise in RAG and PEFT methodologies and the application of LLMs in solving real-world problems.
- In-depth knowledge of model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and token optimization strategies.
- Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and best practices for AI systems architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
