Location: Danbury Connecticut (100% Onsite)

• Tech stack: ServiceNow EC/other modules for marketplace & catalog, ServiceNow/Terraform integration, ServiceNow/CDK integration, ServiceNow/JIRA integration, ServiceNow/FinOps integration, ServiceNow/Asset Management integration

• Skills required:

o ServiceNow Catalog and Portal Developer:

 Expertise in managing and setup ServiceNow service catalogs and customizing the Service Portal (Employee Center)

 Create ServiceNow workflows for marketplace operations and workflows (including custom approvals)

 Experience implementing custom intake forms in ServiceNow, custom metadata and attributes for services

 Experience developing custom UI/UX over ServiceNow Marketplace (Employee Center) for enhanced user experience

o Integration and Marketplace Automation:

 Code integrations of marketplace with external systems (e.g., FinOps, Asset Management)

 Experience implementing APIs and orchestration flows (e.g., AWS CDK)

o CMDB and Infra Product Lifecycle:

 [optional] Configuration and maintenance of the CMDB to track infrastructure products and dependencies

 Strong understanding of infra product lifecycle management
