Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Receiving Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a shipping/receiving environment and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of incoming shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify purchase orders and shipping labels.
- Inspect incoming shipments to ensure the correct items are received and in appropriate condition.
- Document and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any issues with shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of received goods and inventory levels.
- Operate forklifts or other equipment to unload and move shipments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
