Work with the Committee Management Officer (CMO) to facilitate the announcementand payment of Peer Review Meetings.Prepare Federal Register notices for NIMH committee meetings, ensuring that the noticesare published in a timely fashion in compliance with Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), as amended, the Government in the Sunshine Act, and existing NIH policies and procedures; provide language for regular and late meeting notices.Ensure all rosters are formatted correctly for Roster and Minutes Report.Ensure that all expenses for the review committees are entered accurately in the NIH eRACommittee Management Module (CMM) prior to validation.Collect official meeting files for each Peer Review meeting and ensure appropriatereports are included.Update reviewer profiles.Submit documentation for payments for peer review meetings within two (2) weeks ofthe meeting.Assist CMO and Council Office with preparations for Council meetings.- Work with Scientific Review Officers to generate and submit Special Emphasis Panel (SEP) waivers.Maintain Peer Review Costs Spreadsheet.Work in IMPAC II module, specifically in CMM; Monitor entries for accuracy andcompleteness.Work with the CMO to prepare the Annual Comprehensive Report for the institute.- Assist in verifying the eligibility of nominees to serve using appointment criteria required by law, DHHS and NIH policy; help develop nomination slates in IMPAC II CMM; track nomination packages in various stages of processing from initial nomination to appointment.Deliverables
